The attendance fee is paid when registering for the event. Payment will be made by credit card (no additional charges).

In order to save your registration, please click "Submit" on the last page after choosing "Online credit card" as payment method, even if your institution will pay the registration fee after receiving an invoice. Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail: irspm2025@noemacongressi.it
All refunds will be made after the conference.
All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refund.
Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.

• Cancellation by February 16, 2025: Refund of the 50% of the registration fee
• Cancellation from February 17, 2025: No refund will be provided

To request an invitation letter for visa purposes, please indicate this on the registration form.

• Email Requests Not Accepted: Due to the high volume of emails regarding conference arrangements, we cannot process invitation letter requests submitted via email.
• Processing Time: The invitation letter will be issued within a few days after the request is submitted on the registration form and payment is made.

• To receive the invitation letter before making payment, please proceed with registration (payment can be completed at a later date). Your registration status will remain pending until your visa is approved and you are able to finalize the payment. However, please make a note of the following:

• The registration fee applicable will correspond to the date when payment is completed (e.g., early bird or full fee), not the date on which the invitation letter was requested or issued.
• Therefore please ensure you take into account the deadlines for early bird and full fee rates when planning your payment.
