Where to find your discount code

All IRSPM members (full members, student members and emeritus members) will need to enter their DISCOUNT Code and IRSPM membership number when registering online in order to obtain their member discount. These details are included in the invitation email sent to IRSPM members. You can also find them on the IRSPM Members Platform or by contacting us at irspm2023@uni-corvinus.hu.

How to use your discount code

Click “Got a discount code” either on the first page of the registration flow or on the last page before entering your payment details. Once you enter your discount code, your registration fee will be automatically adjusted.

§ STUDENT DISCOUNT

Individuals who are an undergraduate, graduate or post-graduate student at the time of registering are eligible to register as a student. (Postdoctoral fellows and interns do not qualify for the student rate). To obtain the student discount, all students must attach a copy of their current student card (or other document proving their status e.g. a signed statement from a Department Head or supervisor).

§ EMERITUS DISCOUNT

The Emeritus/emerita discount applies to academics to whom this title has been formally awarded. To obtain the emeritus discount, all attendees must upload proof of their status (e.g. a signed statement from their institution).

Please note, that for above registration categories, the membership number and proof of status will be manually checked before your registration is confirmed.

Credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express)

We recommend paying by credit card if possible. IRSPM has subcontracted credit card payments to the secure payment service, Stripe which guarantees confidentiality and security.

Bank transfer

If you have no option to pay by credit card, you can complete payment by bank transfer.

• All related bank charges must be paid at source by the remitter.
• The payments are accepted in EURO currency only.

To pay by bank transfer, first complete online registration via the ExOrdo registration platform and chose Bank transfer as means of payment. You will then receive an invoice by email with all relevant bank details. Remember to include IRSPM 2023 and your registration reference number in the communication of your bank transfer.

Cheques and cash are not accepted. ​

IMPORTANT:

Registrations are only valid upon receipt of the correct registration fee. If the correct payment is not received by the payment deadline, your registration will be cancelled (charges included in the Cancellation Policy will apply) thus you will not have access to the conference.

Invoice for Hungarian participants

For Hungarian participants requiring an invoice approved by the Hungarian Tax Authority Hungarian organizational participants who would like to receive an invoice approved by the Hungarian Tax Authority should contact irspm2023@uni-corvinus.hu with their request, supplying the following information:

List of information required for invoicing:

• Customer’s official name
• Customer’s seat address
• Customer’s Tax ID
• Registration ID(s)
• Participant(s) name(s)
• Payment method applied (card / bank transfer)

The cancelation can be performed either by the registered participants or by the conference host in case of failure to supply required proof of status or pay the registration fee in time (see below):

Cancellation before 12 March 2023 (23:59 CET) - €35 registration processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Cancellation between 13 and 20 March (23:59 CET) - 50% cancelation fee will apply.

Cancellation after 20 March 2023 (23:59 CET) – no refunds of any type will be given.

• All cancellations must be made via ExOrdo registration platform by accessing your registration and cancelling your existing registration.
• Delegates who do not cancel and/or do not attend, will not be refunded.
• The organisers retain the right of cancelling the registration of any participant if any of the following conditions are not met:

1. Participants fail to provide sufficient supporting documentation for their conference fee category selected at registration in due time (that is, within 15 days of being requested to do so and by 20 March at the latest)

2. Participants fail to pay the correct amount for their approved registration category in time (that is, within 7 days of being requested to do so and by 20 March at the latest). In the case of payment by bank transfer the amount debited on the organizer’s bank account will be taken into account.

In the event that the IRSPM Conference 2023 becomes impossible to be organized in the planned place and time because of reasons not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence on the part of the organisers (hereinafter: Force Majeure cancellation) cancellation conditions different from the above apply.   

Force Majeure cancellation may happen when events beyond the control of the organisers – such as public health emergencies, armed conflicts, or resulting government orders or laws – physically prohibit the conference from taking place as scheduled.

In case of a Force Majeure cancellation neither IRSPM nor the Conference organisers can be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses or any other indirect losses or consequential damages.

Moreover, under these circumstances, the Conference Organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future congress, or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the Conference and which could not be recovered from third parties. The deducible costs will be identical to those outlined under the “Cancelation & Refund policy”.

By registering for this IRSPM Conference 2023, all delegates confirm and agree to:

• The personal data provided during registration will be used to register you for the event. By completing the registration, delegates also confirm agreement with the ExOrdo Data storage and data policy.
